Hieronder een kort overzicht van normen en grenswaardes.<\/p><p><strong>Fijnstof meten in huis<\/strong><br \/>De Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie (WHO) heeft in 2021 geactualiseerde advieswaarden gepubliceerd voor onder andere\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ademschonelucht.nl\/luchtreiniger-fijnstof\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fijnstof<\/a>\u00a0PM2.5. De WHO-advieswaarde voor PM2.5 is 5 \u00b5g per m\u00b3. Hoe kleiner de deeltjes, des te schadelijker voor de gezondheid.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=hfryeoGhjHU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ultrafijnstof deeltjes dringen diep door in longen en bloedbaan en veroorzaken ernstige gezondheidsproblemen<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>CO2 meten in huis<\/strong><br \/>Ideale concentratie CO2 in de lucht is 400 tot 800 ppm. Grenswaarde is 1200 ppm.\u00a0Een te hoge concentratie CO2 in de lucht verdringt zuurstofopname in ons lichaam. Dit leidt tot vermoeidheid, hoofdpijn en concentratieverlies.<\/p><p><strong>TVOCs meten in huis<\/strong><br \/>Ideaal is een waarde onder 500 ppb. Waarden boven 1000 ppb moeten voorkomen worden.\u00a0Kortdurende blootstelling aan vluchtige organische gassen kan irritatie aan ogen en slijmvliezen veroorzaken. Bij langdurige blootstelling en\/of hoe concentraties zijn de gezondheidseffecten aanzienlijk.<\/p><p><strong>Relatieve luchtvochtigheid meten in huis<\/strong><br \/>Het ideale luchtvochtigheid percentage in huis ligt tussen 40 en 60%.\u00a0Een te hoge luchtvochtigheid in huis kan leiden tot schimmelvorming.
