De TSOP312..-serie bestaat uit miniatuurontvangers voor infrarood afstandsbedieningssystemen.
De PIN-diode en voorversterker zijn gemonteerd op een leadframe, de epoxybehuizing is ontworpen als IR-filter.
Het gedemoduleerde uitgangssignaal kan direct worden gedecodeerd door een microprocessor. De TSOP312.. is de standaard IR-afstandsbedieningsontvangerserie voor een voedingsspanning van 3 V en ondersteunt alle belangrijke transmissiecodes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
