Dit is een dubbele BSS138.
Waar je hierbij alleen rekening moet houden is het volgende:<\/p>

  • De uitgangs stroom die hij kan leveren is erg laag tov de BSS138<\/li>
  • Er zit een OE pin op:
    GND \u2013> tri state
